Our Personal Training program relys on a 3 step approach to design a program that suits your INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. We start with private Goal and Health History consultation followed by a Movement Assessment. This information is then used by our staff of Fitness Professionals to design a program to help YOU reach your Fitness goals.
